When making a reservation:
- First and last name

- Arrival and departure date
- Number of guests and special requests (if shared)
When writing via the contact form:

- E-mail address
- Message content
When visiting the website:

- IP address and browser data for statistical purposes

- IT service providers – web hosting and booking system plugins that work directly on the website and do not transfer data to external systems
